This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Accountable for maintaining the quality of IT and telecom services.
• Ensure the operation, administration, and upkeep of systems to maintain them in working order.
• Conduct impact assessments for the deployment of infrastructure/system modifications in production.
• Oversee and coordinate both corrective and evolutionary maintenance efforts.
• Offer technical expertise on production IT and telephony applications/systems.
• Evaluate system performance and service quality; define and execute corrective or enhancement measures.
• Establish, implement, and sustain configuration management repositories.
• Test, validate, and deploy new infrastructure and system software versions.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors: oversee industrial strategy and procurement activities.
• Ensure documentation completeness and its archiving in accordance with business protocols.
• Define, design, and implement methods, processes, resources, and technical tools for monitoring and maintenance.
• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university specializing in computer engineering and/or telecommunications.
• Prior experience in telephony is essential.
• Fundamental knowledge of system administration, telecom infrastructures, IT/application, and telecom architectures.
• Familiarity with voice equipment (Alcatel, AudioCodes, NICE, ASC, Microsoft…).
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server, and VMware environments (administration, BASH/PowerShell scripting…).
• Capacity to comprehend and take charge of the technical and functional aspects of intricate systems.
• Awareness of maintenance disciplines: monitoring/supervision, maintenance, expert support.
• Understanding of technical integration and system qualification processes.
• Ability to evaluate and manage the impact of operations on the services provided to clients.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract management techniques for subcontracting.
• 9 weeks of vacation, resulting in 206 working days per year.
• Complimentary travel on the RATP network and 90% coverage for transportation in Île‑de‑France outside the RATP network.
• 75% contribution towards subscription costs outside Île‑de‑France, if applicable.
