Telephonic Research Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Calls are conducted with businesses and the general public across the United States.

• If you possess experience in phone interviewing (engaging with businesses or consumers), we would be eager to hear from you to include you in our pool of interviewing professionals.

• We focus exclusively on confidential market research.

• For candidates without prior experience in market research interviewing, we offer online training for suitable applicants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Excellent communication skills and a high level of motivation are essential.

• A quiet work environment is necessary.

• There should be no distractions or background noise.

• Proficient keyboard skills are required.

• Applicants must reside in the United States (some states may be excluded).

• Eligibility to work in the United States (Form I-9) is required.

• Experience in a call center for 1 year is preferred, but not mandatory.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Ability to work a minimum of 14 hours per week is necessary.

• Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Technical requirements include a PC or laptop with Windows 10 or a more recent operating system.

• High-speed internet service, such as fiber or cable, is needed.

• A corded mouse is required.

• A USB headset with a microphone is essential, with JABRA or Logitech brands recommended.
