Anti-Social Behaviour Caseworker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of cases from initiation to resolution

• Work collaboratively with law enforcement, local councils, and partners

• Provide compassionate and effective solutions for communities

• Ensure customers have a smooth journey in terms of resolution and next steps

• Exhibit advanced influencing and negotiation abilities

• Prepare and present cases in court to a high standard

• Be adaptable to evolving customer needs

• Handle difficult conversations with customers

• Collaborate closely with external legal service partners

• Strive to achieve the best outcomes

• Travel to court hearings and engage with customers and communities

• Participate in duty processes to efficiently triage cases

• Suggest service innovations based on data and behavioral insights

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing anti-social behavior cases

• Experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with external stakeholders

• Knowledge of laws and relevant legislation concerning housing, anti-social behavior, and safeguarding

• Familiarity with the Harm-based approach to ASB triage

• Experience in safeguarding and managing cases involving individuals with diverse and complex needs

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to positively influence and negotiate outcomes

• Competence in adopting new digital solutions and innovations, along with experience in implementing change

• Background in partnership working to address customer needs, including complex multi-agency relationships

• Experience in preparing complex case files for court and presenting cases in civil or criminal courts

• Capability to effectively problem-solve and create innovative solutions for customers

• Ability to prioritize and manage a complex caseload

• Experience with mediation or conflict resolution services
