Telephone Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on behalf of our clients.

• Capable of working independently, showcasing reliability and outstanding communication skills.

• Adapt swiftly to diverse client needs and fluctuating call volumes while complying with company policies and procedures.

• Provide exceptional support to our clients. This position is not focused on telemarketing or sales—your primary emphasis will be on service, not selling.

• Manage customer inquiries via phone in a polite and professional manner.

• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry following each interaction.

• Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality.

• Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and a positive demeanor.

• Comply with company policies, including the maintenance of a drug-free workplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction.

• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.

• Proficient data entry skills.

• Must be drug-free and capable of maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

• Windows Machines: Windows 11 Pro with 16GB of RAM and a quad-core processor with a CPU speed of at least 2.5 GHz.

• Mac Machines: Supported versions of macOS with all updates, a minimum of 16GB of RAM with an M series chip.

• All Computer Set-Ups Must Have: Dual monitors (19” each) with widescreen recommended for an enhanced software experience.

• Dedicated internet connection with a minimum speed of 7 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.

• Ethernet connection is mandatory (Wi-Fi and satellite connections are not acceptable).

• No data caps on internet usage.

• A webcam for meetings, training, and quality monitoring.

• A noise-canceling headset to ensure clear communication with customers.

• Must have antivirus protection (Windows Defender is not permitted).
