This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Conduct outbound fundraising calls to secure pledges for client initiatives.
• Adhere to the messaging provided and approved by the client during all calls.
• Implement the designated fundraising call framework, utilizing appropriate political justifications and transition phrases as necessary.
• Engage in active listening to deliver suitable situational responses.
• Achieve and sustain project objectives and efficiency standards.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service and respond promptly to the individual being contacted.
• Embrace coaching and feedback with a constructive attitude.
• Maintain focus on the current project and adequately prepare for each call.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Must be available for full-time day shifts from Monday to Friday.
• Must reside within the continental United States.
• Must possess a personal computer that meets the specified system requirements.
• Must have a quiet, uninterrupted, and distraction-free workspace.
• Must pass a background investigation.
• A high school diploma and/or some college coursework is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections is required.
• Paid training during the first three weeks at $11 per hour (or state minimum wage, whichever is higher).
• Base pay of $16 per hour following the completion of training.
• Opportunity to earn bonuses up to $20 per hour.
• Retention bonus of $250 available after 4 weeks.
• Additional $500 available after 7 weeks based on active status in good standing and performance metrics.
