Telephone Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound fundraising calls to secure pledges for various client initiatives.

• Adhere to the messaging provided and approved by the client during each call.

• Implement the structured approach for fundraising calls, utilizing appropriate political reasoning and transition phrases as necessary.

• Employ responsive listening techniques to deliver suitable situational responses.

• Achieve and sustain project objectives and efficiency benchmarks.

• Exhibit outstanding customer service and respond promptly to the individual being contacted.

• Maintain concentration on the current project and prepare thoroughly for each call.

• Accept guidance and feedback with a constructive mindset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.

• Availability for full-time day shifts from Monday to Friday is required.

• Additional shifts may be necessary during peak busy periods.

• Employment must be conducted within the continental United States.

• Applicants must possess a personal computer that meets the specified system requirements, along with a USB headset, web camera, and a wired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permissible).

• A quiet and uninterrupted workspace is essential to ensure professional interactions with clients.

• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

• Integrity regarding Identity, Voice, and Appearance: The use of any identity masking or anonymization technologies is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to: unapproved Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), IP spoofing, location masking tools, anonymizers, proxies, or similar services aimed at concealing identity or location.

• A pleasant and engaging voice with clear pronunciation and diction is required.

• A minimum of one year of experience in outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections is necessary.

🏝️ Benefits

• Paid training during the first three weeks at a rate of $11 per hour (or the state minimum wage, whichever is higher).

• Base pay of $16 per hour following the completion of training, with potential earnings of up to $20 per hour through bonuses.

• A retention bonus of $250 is available after four weeks, contingent on active status in good standing and performance (working 80 hours in the pay period and achieving above $20 RPH).

• An additional $500 is available after seven weeks, based on active status in good standing and performance (full-time employment of at least 64 hours in the pay period).

• A referral bonus program is in place.
