Telepharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Supervising the secure and safe functioning of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy

• Managing pharmacy inventory, including controlled substances

• Receiving and responding to all operational communications

• Enhancing overall store service foundations by executing exceptional performance

• Exhibiting a growth mindset to foster favorable business outcomes

• Acting as a peer mentor for the onboarding, training, and development of new employees

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• At least 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician (may require 2+ years in certain states)

• PTCB National Certification or an equivalent state-approved national Pharmacy Technician Certification

• High school diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) is required

• State-level licensure requirements may vary

• Consistent and dependable attendance is necessary

• Attention and Focus: Ability to maintain concentration on tasks for extended periods without distraction

• Customer Service Orientation: Actively seek ways to assist individuals in a friendly manner

• Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues

• Mathematical Reasoning: Capability to apply math to solve problems

• Problem Resolution: Skill in identifying when something is amiss or may potentially go awry
