This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Assist customers interested in acquiring or enhancing their service.

• Provide support to customers who have previously received assistance.

• Work in second-line service via voice channel.

• Close sales for telecommunications services.

• Participate in initial training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education or higher studies.

• Proficient in Office at a user level.

• Experience in Call Center, Sales, or Customer Service.

• Less than 1 year of professional experience.

• Availability for rotating days off.

• Availability for full-time or semi-full schedules.

• 6-day training from 11 AM to 6 PM.
