Teleoperador de Ventas C2C, Portabilidad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide interested ENTEL customers with services such as porting.

• Manage sales of ENTEL services through a click to call modality.

• Assist customers who are interested in contracting services.

• Work from home nationwide within the established schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work full time, Monday to Sunday, with a rotating rest schedule.

• Must have a laptop or computer for remote management.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher, starting from the 6th generation; Ryzen 3 or newer or AMD8 and above.

• 8 GB RAM.

• Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid-state drive with at least 75 GB free on drive C.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or more.

• Experience in call center or face-to-face sales.

• Secondary education / junior high school completed.

• Availability for a 12-day training from 9 AM to 5 PM.
