This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to full Claro customers to offer them equipment renewal along with an upgraded home service.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. Sundays are off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Minimum of 3 months experience in CALL CENTER, ATC, or SALES.

• Must have a PC or Laptop.

• Operating System: Windows 10.

• Processor: Core i3 of 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• Minimum 8GB RAM.

• Wired Internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset required.

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory).
