Learning Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-impact educational programs.

• Take ownership of the curriculum strategy and its execution across various modalities.

• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to transform complex ideas into engaging learning experiences.

• Conduct specific training programs for both internal teams and external clients.

• Assess training effectiveness utilizing learner feedback and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training.

• Demonstrated experience in creating educational content for both internal teams and external clients.

• Proficient in developing content across eLearning, virtual, and instructor-led formats.

• Background in healthcare, dental, medical device, or technical industries is preferred.

• Strong expertise in curriculum and instructional design.

• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar).

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
