Telemedicine Pain Management Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform telemedicine evaluations and assessments for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain.

• Prescribe, manage, and refill pain medications as deemed clinically appropriate and in accordance with relevant regulations.

• Create and modify personalized pain management and medication treatment plans based on patient feedback.

• Assess medication effectiveness, adherence, side effects, and potential risks.

• Record assessments, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

• Work in collaboration with physicians as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current California NP or PA license.

• Active DEA license/registration.

• Preferred experience in pain management and/or in prescribing pain medications.

• Preferred experience in managing patients with acute or chronic pain.

• Strong clinical judgment and documentation capabilities.

• Comfortable delivering patient care via telemedicine.
