• Contributing to the sales of Henry Schein products.
• Fostering, developing, cultivating, reinforcing, and maintaining sales and marketing initiatives.
• Making outbound calls to designated physicians using target lists, webinar leads, and digital marketing strategies.
• Managing inbound calls generated from leads and the 1-800 numbers.
• Meeting established sales targets.
• Handling both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Maintaining a daily average of four hours of talk time and a minimum of 70 outbound calls.
• Demonstrating high performance while adhering to profit dollar standards.
• Updating and preserving current customer records by logging all relevant information in the Customer Profile screen.
• Effectively utilizing the CSS, COE, and JDE systems.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures.
• Participating in special projects for the Henry Schein division and performing additional duties as required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Required computer proficiency.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service-oriented with the capability to manage complex issues.
• Ability to plan and organize activities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
