• Meticulously record all call activities, case notes, and lead details within the CRM system.

• Arrange follow-up meetings and ensure smooth transitions to specialist teams.

• Actively seek re-engagement opportunities within existing datasets.

• Work closely with the programme lead to provide updates on performance and feedback on processes.

• Support data management and lead tracking efforts to maintain an organized pipeline.

• Demonstrated experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a customer-facing phone role.

• Outstanding communication abilities with a knack for quickly establishing rapport and trust.

• Capability to follow a structured conversational approach seamlessly, avoiding a "scripted" impression.

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail for accurate data entry.

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
