Telehealth Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based, member-focused care that is free from bias.

• Assess intake information and medical histories during virtual consultations, providing members with tailored, evidence-based advice.

• Establish lasting connections through regular Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) follow-ups, employing counseling strategies to aid progress, identify obstacles, and modify care plans as necessary.

• Implement a counseling-oriented, motivational interviewing technique to assist members in defining their objectives, cultivating sustainable behaviors, and navigating the program, while utilizing Weight Watchers nutrition guidelines, protocols, and evidence-based methodologies.

• Communicate proficiently and collaborate with the team via Slack on a daily basis.

• Weight Watchers Registered Dietitians are required to conduct all member consultations, accurately submit billing and documentation notes, and participate in monthly meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

• An active state license in dietetics/nutrition in at least one state, with a preference for licenses in multiple states.

• A minimum availability of 10 hours per week.

• A computer system that meets the following specifications:

• At least 16GB of memory

• Operating System: Mac or Windows (Chrome OS is not accepted)

• Mac OS version 26.0 or higher

• Windows 11
