Telehealth Psychologist, Japanese Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Perform initial assessments of patients and create customized treatment strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered psychological interventions through remote platforms.

• Work in conjunction with other members of the healthcare team to provide interdisciplinary care.

• Keep precise patient records and uphold the confidentiality of patient information.

• Engage in peer consultation and supervision sessions.

• Regularly enhance knowledge and skills in the domain of Telehealth psychology.

• Take part in company-sponsored conferences, workshops, and training opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker or possess Level N2 proficiency.

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Active state licensure as a Psychologist.

• At least 2 years of experience in delivering Telehealth Psychological services.

• Proven ability to provide evidence-based psychological interventions remotely.

• Knowledge of assessment tools, including cognitive, personality, and diagnostic measures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients from varied backgrounds.

• Capability to work effectively in a team as well as independently when necessary.
