Telehealth Physician – Geriatric Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough telehealth evaluations for elderly individuals with complex and chronic health issues.

• Recognize clinical hazards and care deficiencies across various diagnoses, medications, and recent healthcare usage.

• Manage patient care strategies in collaboration with healthcare advocates, addressing both medical requirements and social health determinants.

• Work in conjunction with therapists and care teams to ensure that physical health is seamlessly integrated into ongoing patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO, with licensure in Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Texas; additional state licenses are a plus.

• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related specialty is required.

• Minimum of 5 hours of availability each week.

• Experience in managing care for patients with chronic and complex conditions, particularly in older adult populations.

• Strong clinical judgment and the capability to distill incomplete information into coherent care plans.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and enthusiastic about employing AI to enhance care delivery.
