This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and investigate patients who report memory issues.

• Deliver a diagnosis and a comprehensive care plan aimed at helping patients achieve their health objectives related to nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and more.

• Analyze relevant laboratory tests and imaging studies that contribute to patient care.

• Schedule regular follow-up appointments with patients to modify medications as needed.

• Offer chat-based assistance to patients navigating challenging experiences.

• Create informative content to support our online blogs and resource library.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current NP or PA licensure.

• Availability of at least 8 hours per week for part-time roles or 32 patient-facing hours for full-time positions.

• ABPN certification or eligibility in the field of Neurology.

• Essential soft skills include active listening, negotiation, decision-making, and leadership.

• A strong cultural alignment characterized by empathy, a mission-driven mindset, collaboration, precision, transparency, compassion, and a focus on results.
