Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct both synchronous and asynchronous clinical evaluations, assessments, and treatments for patients, within the boundaries of licensure.

• Prescribe necessary medications, when appropriate.

• Ensure proper documentation of encounters in the EHR platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold current licensure as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP), with a minimum of 30 state licenses required and 40 state licenses preferred.

• Possess a Nursing Compact License.

• Have an individual NPI number.

• Maintain active Prescriptive Authority to prescribe medications.

• Exhibit strong communication and diagnostic skills.

• Independent practice authority in California is preferred.
