Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create individualized treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Provide education to patients on preventive care and wellness employing evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise and current patient records, ensuring timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and compassion.

• Commit full-time to patient care, which includes consultations and medical advice, prescribing when clinically appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active national board certification as a (WHNP, FNP, or similar).

• At least 2 years of continuous experience as a Nurse Practitioner focused on women's health and managing chronic conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Proven capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing empathy and clarity.

• A natural aptitude for building trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• A sincere dedication to delivering care based on current clinical research.

• Proficient in using various platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Prior experience in telehealth is advantageous.

• An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in CA and one of the following states: CO, IL (autonomous), MD (autonomous), or VA (autonomous) is required for this position.
