Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner – Eating Disorders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a substantial patient case-load.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders along with co-occurring psychiatric conditions (psychiatric consultation is available).

• Execute medication treatment plans for eating disorders and associated conditions in a virtual clinic (i.e., telehealth) environment.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team comprising physicians, dietitians, therapists, patient mentors, family mentors, and external providers.

• Utilize between-session messaging to assist patients and communicate with the treatment team via Equip EMR, adhering to Equip's policies and procedures.

• Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and departmental meetings.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

• Capability to maintain active Family Nurse Practitioner licenses and pursue cross-licensing as applicable (license costs will be covered by Equip).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting, with a preference for Primary Care experience.

• Exhibit a commitment to delivering excellent evidence-based care, enhancing clinical skills, and a passion for professional growth.

• Effectively communicate with patients and their caregivers, ensuring timely responses to messages.

• Possess curiosity, a love for learning, and actively engage in a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
