Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner – Eating Disorders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee a substantial patient case-load.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose eating disorders along with coexisting psychiatric conditions (psychiatric consultation is available).

• Execute medication treatment plans for eating disorders and co-occurring conditions in a virtual clinic (i.e., telehealth) environment.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team consisting of physicians, dietitians, therapists, patient mentors, family mentors, and external providers.

• Use between-session messaging to assist patients and interact with the treatment team via Equip EMR, following Equip’s policies and procedures.

• Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision sessions, and departmental meetings.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient environment, with a preference for Primary Care experience.

• Capability to maintain active Family Nurse Practitioner licenses and pursue cross-licensing as necessary (license costs will be covered by Equip).

• Show a commitment to delivering outstanding evidence-based care, enhancing clinical skills, and a dedication to professional growth.

• Communicate effectively with patients and their caregivers, responding to messages promptly.

• Exhibit curiosity, a love for learning, and actively engage in a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
