Telehealth Endocrinologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create customized treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

• Complete all necessary training sessions and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Provide education to patients on preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Keep accurate and current patient records, ensuring timely completion of charting tasks.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and attentiveness.

• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week of direct patient interaction, which includes consultations and medical advice, with prescribing when clinically warranted.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology from an ACGME-accredited program.

• All qualified Endocrinologists are welcome to apply.

• Proven track record of functioning independently as a provider with strong diagnostic skills and critical thinking abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.

• Natural aptitude for establishing trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Sincere dedication to providing care based on the latest clinical research.

• Proficient in using various platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of continuous practice experience with an MD/DO license treating patients.
