
Telehealth Crisis Line Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver compassionate and supportive responses to incoming calls from students seeking assistance or experiencing crises.
β’ Conduct risk assessments and effectively de-escalate crisis situations to avert potential self-harm or harm to others.
β’ Partner with students to create a safety plan and suggest appropriate next steps.
β’ Initiate follow-up calls to monitor client well-being and promote service engagement.
β’ Keep clinical records up to date by accurately documenting user sessions.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in telehealth, crisis management, or a call center setting.
β’ Training and practical experience in assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
β’ Ability to quickly learn, uphold, and demonstrate proficiency in clinical policies, call management, and operational procedures.
β’ Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure.
β’ Strong independent judgment with minimal supervision required.
β’ Flexible scheduling with a willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and/or weekends.
