This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and size RF (radio frequency) links for private 4G/5G networks utilizing satellite (LEO) backhaul alongside terrestrial integrations.
• Carry out coverage, interference, and capacity planning studies.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of equipment, including antennas, modems, routers, and CCTV systems.
• Execute performance and connectivity analysis while troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor quality indicators such as latency, jitter, throughput, and availability.
• Ensure adherence to technical and regulatory standards, particularly ANATEL compliance.
• Coordinate efforts with field teams, NOC, and corporate clients.
• Provide technical pre-sales support by developing tailored solutions for B2B clients.
• Create technical documentation, reports, and network diagrams.
• Proficiency in technical English is required.
• Experience in radio frequency (RF) and wireless networks is essential.
• Familiarity with IP networks, including TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, and QoS.
• Background in satellite technology, particularly LEO systems like Starlink, is a significant advantage.
• Experience with private 4G/5G network technologies.
• Proficient in network monitoring and analysis tools.
• Understanding of CCTV solutions, including IP cameras, VMS, and network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ANATEL regulations is preferred.
• Ideally, experience in private corporate networks, such as those in mining, agribusiness, or energy sectors.
• Desired certifications in networking, such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Experience in connectivity projects in remote regions.
• Knowledge of link dimensioning and spectrum analysis is beneficial.
