This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.
• Manage and enhance the organization's telecommunication systems, incorporating both traditional and AI-driven platforms.
• Ensure a reliable communication framework by overseeing phone upgrades to a unified platform.
• Improve ISP performance.
• Assist with general telephony inquiries.
• Proven history of leading and coordinating upgrades and migrations of phone systems to a unified and consolidated platform.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the configuration, routing, and provisioning of telephony systems, including fax and paging technologies.
• Must be self-driven, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and vendor management abilities.
• Must exhibit flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 3 years of experience in managing telecommunication systems, VoIP platforms, or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, ISP performance indicators, and telecom infrastructure.
• Proficient in call analytics tools and reporting systems.
• Experience with AI-driven call management or IVR systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, RingCentral, or Microsoft Teams Voice.
• Knowledge of SIP, PBX, VoIP, and cloud telephony systems.
• Experience with automation or AI platforms for customer interaction.
• Fully remote position (MUST reside in one of the following states: NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, OH, LA, AL, or KY)
