Analyst, Care Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist clinical teams with administrative tasks and workflow activities related to the management of behavioral health care and authorization processes.

• Prepare and disseminate precise correspondence to both members and providers.

• Support urgent workflows while ensuring adherence to CMS and company standards.

• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to enable efficient case processing.

• Uphold high standards of precision, organization, and customer service.

• Assist in the operations of behavioral health Medicare through administrative support, care coordination, and workflow services.

• Aid in the prompt and accurate processing of behavioral health requests.

• Facilitate member access to care, discharge planning, and follow-up activities.

• Contribute to reporting and quality improvement initiatives.

• Encourage member engagement, continuity of care, and adherence to treatment plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience within the health insurance sector.

• Customer service experience in healthcare and/or a behavioral health environment.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to handle regulated, time-sensitive tasks.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• An associate degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Behavioral Health supporting mental health populations.

• Preferred: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, resolve service-related challenges, and enhance processes.

• Preferred: Experience in fast-paced, deadline-oriented settings.

• Preferred: Background in scheduling and processing denials.
