This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Analysis and resolution of technical issues in TV, Internet, and Voice services for residential customers
• Conducting outbound calls to customers for troubleshooting and incident follow-up
• Providing inbound technical support and clarifying reported issues
• Collaborating with field technicians for diagnosing and resolving faults
• Monitoring and managing complaints and technical incidents
• Performing technical troubleshooting actions and follow-up with the end customer
• High school diploma or a professional technical course in telecommunications (or a related field) – preferred
• 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in first and/or second-line customer support, in residential or business contexts
• Previous experience at Vodafone (valued)
• Knowledge of management processes, monitoring, and resolution of faults and complaints
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and telephone contact with the end customer
