This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in implementation projects.

• Provide technical support to clients/users regarding usage, address inquiries, and resolve issues.

• Execute registration processes and assist clients/users in utilizing the system in their daily routines.

• Identify problems and questions, forwarding requests to development requirement analysts.

• Gather information from users for recording and preparing reports on service interactions.

• Log completed and pending service interactions to manage and assess their quality.

• Conduct testing on programs and simulate issues in controlled environments; create, update, and distribute files (system reports, technical reports, and version updates).

• Degree in Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and SQL language.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Willingness to travel.
