📋 Description

• Collaborating with and advising corporate clients directly on a diverse range of technology transactions, while delivering entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and business-focused guidance related to the client's technology agreements.

• Managing intricate technology transactions independently in a dynamic environment.

• Fostering strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals for major tech companies operating on a global scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of substantial experience in technology transactions, ideally in an in-house setting, dealing with a broad spectrum of technology transactions including, but not limited to, SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses.

• Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts, demonstrating strong issue identification skills and meticulous attention to detail during contract revisions.

• Prior experience in an in-house role for a technology company or working with clients in the tech industry.

• Active bar membership in good standing in the state of residence.
