This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design target states – Create modern technological architectures and enterprise capabilities that align with our clients' strategic business objectives.
• Lead intricate projects – Manage the complete delivery of transformation programs, ensuring quality, addressing client expectations, and monitoring project health.
• Provide C-level advice – Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, offering insights that significantly influence how clients envision their technological futures.
• Steer AI & data transformation – Assist clients in responsibly adopting data and AI, integrating them into enterprise capabilities in practical, ethical, and sustainable ways.
• Expand the business – Discover and pursue new opportunities, contribute to proposals, and help define Futurice's market presence.
• Nurture team development – Foster an environment that enables your team to excel: removing obstacles, sharing knowledge, and promoting a culture where every voice matters.
• Extensive experience in digital, technology, or data strategy – You have worked at the intersection of business and technology for a significant part of your career (10+ years), in various contexts.
• Practical technical proficiency – You are adept with modern technologies: AI, cloud, APIs, enterprise architecture — and can seamlessly transition between high-level strategies and detailed designs.
• Business acumen – You can convert a business challenge into an architectural solution and comprehend what resonates with both CFOs and CTOs.
• Trust-building communication – You can simplify complex concepts without compromising their integrity, feeling at ease in both client boardrooms and engineering team sessions.
• Collaborative influence – You effectively engage others and know how to align competing stakeholders by listening as much as you communicate.
• Dedication to inclusive leadership – You are aware when a group lacks representation or when decisions are made without diverse perspectives, and you actively work to address these issues.
• Commitment to meaningful impact – You relate your work to your clients' broader vision. You prioritize executing tasks well and responsibly, considering the environmental and social implications of the transformations you lead.
