CTO – Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Expand the engineering and delivery teams from approximately 50 to over 100 individuals during the upcoming growth phase.

• Develop an effective leadership framework that includes tech leads, delivery managers, QA leads, and engineering managers.

• Create and refine delivery methodologies, SDLC workflows, QA frameworks, and engineering standards.

• Participate in client meetings as the senior technical representative, providing credibility and clarity.

• Propel the technical vision in alignment with the company’s and Index’s growth objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of senior management experience in delivery and operational leadership positions.

• A solid technical background with the capability to discuss architecture, engineering, and delivery with confidence.

• Commercially astute, able to facilitate sales discussions by fostering trust rather than focusing solely on selling.

• A strong operational perspective with experience in implementing processes, KPIs, and delivery governance.

• Capable of leading during integration and transitions in a newly acquired setting.
