Technology Solution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving exceptional delivery standards.

• Comprehend client business needs and engage with essential portfolios across various regions.

• Offer insights and feedback to delivery teams as well as to CT Demand products and process workflows.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, domain specialists, and Client Technology team members to facilitate the delivery of technical solutions and cost assessments.

• Work alongside Service Line Demand Managers to create and prioritize demand pipelines that align with business vision and growth strategies.

• Provide support with process and product advisory during strategic portfolio discussions.

• Coordinate with Resource Planners to ensure that the necessary resources are allocated for proposed solution strategies.

• Adhere to standard methodologies, processes, and tools to address customer inquiries within established SLAs.

• Assist in supporting comprehensive digital transformation initiatives for global enterprise clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in the IT industry.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with clients and management/PPEDD level stakeholders across different regions.

• Skills in project management and business analysis, including facilitation, process documentation, scope and cost management, and requirements gathering.

• Knowledge of the latest cloud computing and data technologies.

• A logical and organized approach to problem-solving.

• Capacity to clearly communicate problems and potential solutions.

• Eagerness to learn and swiftly adapt to evolving requirements.

• Ability to identify and suggest process enhancements.

• Strong management, interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated resilience and emotional intelligence.

• A focus on agile delivery methodologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering.

• Proficient in advanced spoken English.

• Proficient in advanced Spanish.

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Quality Analyst is advantageous.

• Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem is desired.

• Preferred experience in a professional services environment.

• Knowledge of cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is a plus.
