Technology Innovation Partner – Software Developer Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and collaboratively develop software and AI-driven products

• Design scalable architectures for applications and systems

• Create MVPs and production-ready platforms

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on product direction

• Engage in innovation strategies and make technical decisions

• Support products from the ideation phase through to launch and scaling

• Extensive experience in software development and system architecture

• Proven track record in building and launching technology products

• Strong product-oriented thinking and entrepreneurial mindset

• Capability to independently spearhead technical initiatives

• Passion for long-term innovation and product stewardship

• High proficiency in utilizing AI for software development and product innovation

• Familiarity with AI-assisted software engineering workflows

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions

• Background in LLM integrations and AI application architectures

• Understanding of AI model training and fine-tuning concepts

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI automation workflows

• Experience in developing intelligent agents, copilots, or AI-driven platforms

• Familiarity with contemporary AI tools and frameworks

• Full-stack software development experience

• Expertise in cloud-native application design

• Proficiency in API and microservices architecture

• Experience in SaaS platform development

• Knowledge of DevOps and scalable infrastructure

• Background in AI/ML product development

• Experience in startup environments or product development
