Technology & Innovation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You evaluate emerging technologies and innovations in client projects while formulating strategic concepts.

• You organize innovative project proposals in close collaboration with founders, CTOs, and senior developers of prominent start-ups.

• You compile technical documentation in German to seek funding opportunities such as the research tax credit.

• You manage external experts and freelancers in the development of technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific field (preferably: Computer Science, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering).

• A strong passion for new technologies and a keen interest in exploring new areas of knowledge.

• Relevant experience in software development and familiarity with digital tools.

• Ideally, experience in a start-up environment or a solid understanding of economic/business contexts.

• Proficient German language skills (academic writing, precise wording/phrasing, avoiding redundancy).

• A high level of commitment and an awareness of quality.
