Technology Enablement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive enablement strategy for significant internal technology projects, focusing on internal AI tools and associated workflows.

• Track adoption rates, usage statistics, and user feedback, utilizing these insights to refine enablement strategies, documentation, and training resources.

• Organize and implement change management initiatives (e.g., communications, training sessions, office hours) that promote adoption and ongoing utilization of new tools and procedures.

• Create and sustain dashboards and reports that offer leadership insights into technology performance, usage metrics, and return on investment (ROI).

• Collaborate with all BizTech teams to assess new tools, facilitate integrations, and ensure seamless implementations.

• Produce process documentation, runbooks, and training materials to aid in technology onboarding and change management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology-driven program delivery, technical training, or organizational change management.

• Proven history of leading change initiatives across various teams or functions (e.g., implementing new tools, workflows, or processes).

• Experience in technology enablement, organizational change management, or as a technical trainer, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in designing and maintaining program documentation or enablement materials as a unified source of information for diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to achieve measurable results (e.g., increased adoption of internal AI tools and new workflows, reduced support tickets, improved time-to-proficiency for end users).
