This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of end-to-end pre-sales processes for enterprise CLM opportunities, encompassing discovery, proof-of-concept, and proposal stages.
• Create engaging, customized solution architectures that effectively tackle intricate procurement, legal, and commercial contracting issues.
• Develop and present executive-level business cases that showcase the measurable ROI of AI-driven contract intelligence solutions.
• Conduct live demonstrations and proof-of-concepts of Icertis ICI and its AI Copilot features for audiences that include IT teams and CXOs.
• Clearly explain Icertis' Generative AI and LLM-based capabilities — such as automated clause suggestions, contract risk evaluation, and obligation management — to both technical and business audiences.
• Strategically position AI-native CLM features in a competitive manner, while remaining ahead of emerging trends in contract intelligence and legal technology.
• Provide guidance to customers on AI governance, responsible AI implementation, and considerations related to data privacy in enterprise settings.
• Utilize agentic AI frameworks to demonstrate how autonomous workflows can revolutionize procurement and contracting processes.
• Design and present integration architectures that connect ICI with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP, Oracle), and middleware solutions like Boomi and MuleSoft.
• Lead technical discussions regarding Microsoft Azure cloud deployments, including Azure Commercial and Azure Government Cloud environments.
• Offer advice on integrating Azure AI Services — including Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and Document Intelligence — to enhance platform functionalities.
• Engage in discussions about data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric concerning AI and analytics applications.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of audiences, from business users and procurement leaders to CTOs, CPOs, CLOs, and CFOs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to share field insights and shape the product development roadmap.
• Work alongside regional sales teams in various geographical locations to drive pipeline growth and expedite deal closure.
• Mentor junior solution engineers and contribute to the ongoing development of pre-sales best practices and training materials.
• Over 14 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a pre-sales or solution engineering role for enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-level solutions, creating value propositions, and constructing executive-level business cases.
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex AI and technology capabilities into clear, compelling business results for executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services (Commercial and/or Government); hands-on experience with Azure AI Services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or equivalent; knowledge of API-first and event-driven architectures is essential.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) systems and their integration points.
• Excellent skills in presentation, written, and verbal communication — including the delivery of live demos and executive storytelling.
• Ability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple concurrent projects, and collaborate effectively with global, distributed teams.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP Suite of systems will be an added advantage.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and their enterprise applications (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot, RAG architectures).
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts — including NLP, document classification, semantic search, and predictive analytics — as they relate to enterprise workflows.
• Domain expertise in procurement, sourcing, legal operations, or sales contracting; knowledge of CLM platforms is a significant plus.
• Working knowledge of data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric in the context of AI and analytics.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Experience in contract lifecycle management, legal technology, or enterprise compliance solutions.
