This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and shape the strategy for the State & Local Government market, encompassing target sub-verticals, customer segments, solution focus, and partner ecosystem.

• Create multi-year roadmaps that align with Convergint’s growth aspirations and investment priorities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Vertical Market Managers; set operational rhythms and performance expectations.

• Serve as the senior leader and subject matter expert for the Public Safety vertical, engaging with customers, partners, and industry associations.

• Coordinate with Sales, Service Operations, Enablement, Marketing, Finance, and CTC leadership to ensure alignment on the Public Safety vertical strategy.

• Drive the development of unique solutions and bundled offerings that meet essential customer needs.

• Assist in high-stakes, complex opportunities through executive-level engagement and strategic deal advice.

• Establish and monitor vertical-level KPIs, including revenue growth, margin, pipeline health, wallet share, and market expansion.

• Provide regular updates to executives regarding vertical performance, risks, and opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• A background in business, technology, engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in technology, security, or related industries.

• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles, responsible for strategy, revenue growth, and team leadership.

• Demonstrated success in developing and expanding Public Safety market strategies across distributed sales organizations.
