📋 Description

• Recognize bottlenecks and identify opportunities within the operation

• Suggest solutions utilizing development, automation, and artificial intelligence

• Create internal applications and tools

• Engage in both back-end and front-end development

• Integrate APIs, tools, and various technologies

• Design AI solutions that address real operational challenges

• Test, enhance, and continuously refine developed solutions

• Collaborate directly with business teams to grasp their needs and transform problems into technological solutions

• Oversee technology projects from inception to completion, including problem identification, development, testing, and deployment

• Discover new opportunities for automation, technology, and AI within the operation

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer

• Proficient in both back-end and front-end development

• Advanced expertise in artificial intelligence, automation, and integrations

• Capacity to independently create end-to-end solutions

• Hands-on, self-motivated, and problem-solving oriented

• Ability to comprehend a business problem and convert it into a technological solution

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a knack for collaborating closely with operational teams

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous

• Experience in digital marketing firms or operations, particularly in Direct Response, e-commerce, performance marketing, or similar fields, is an advantage

• Background in developing internal tools, automations, or solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency is a plus
