This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with a team focused on AI to swiftly prototype cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions.
• Explore new AI tools, large language models, and automation frameworks to enhance development timelines.
• Engage in solutions involving FHIR-based data exchange, digital quality measurement, and advanced clinical workflows.
• Convert intricate healthcare challenges into functional proof-of-concept applications.
• Take part in iterative design sprints and present prototypes to internal stakeholders.
• Spot opportunities where AI can create measurable impacts and advocate for these concepts with supporting data.
• Recent graduates who have obtained a college degree within the past 18 months (any field accepted).
• Strong technical aptitude — while you don’t need to be a software engineer, you should be comfortable with technology and eager to explore it further.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools, including practical experimentation with LLMs, automation, or AI-assisted workflows.
• A passion for tackling challenging problems.
• Excellent communication skills — capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where requirements change quickly.
• Nice to Have: Academic coursework or project experience in health informatics, computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) or healthcare data standards.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Prior internship or project experience in a healthcare, biotech, or health-tech setting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or API-based development.
