This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Drive growth in the data, analytics, and AI sectors while reporting to the Head of Technology Advisory Services.
• Oversee clients’ data transformation initiatives and offer advice on platforms, tools, and AI technologies.
• Manage accounts for a varied portfolio of both US and international clients.
• Foster future-ready architecture and deliver thought leadership across teams, regions, and client stakeholders.
• Create account strategies based on clients’ data, technology, and AI objectives.
• Guide thought-leadership conversations and stakeholder narratives throughout clients’ data journeys.
• Achieve an account growth target of $10 million.
• Formulate program strategies and development roadmaps.
• Direct cross-functional planning with creative, strategy, data analytics, technology, and media teams.
• Act as the main liaison for client stakeholders and sustain strategic relationships across markets.
• Manage client communications, presentations, program evaluations, and weekly status meetings.
• Lead matrixed teams of 15 to 30 professionals across various disciplines.
• Coordinate collaboration with vendors, production companies, technology providers, and other external partners.
• Supervise program execution, deliverables, quality standards, and timelines.
• Manage programs with budgets of $3 million or more, including forecasting, tracking, and optimization strategies.
• Establish risk-management strategies and contingency planning for complex, multi-phase initiatives.
• 15+ years of IT experience with a focus on driving account growth in data, cloud, analytics, and AI.
• Proven history of managing programs with total investments exceeding $3 million.
• Experience collaborating with Fortune 500 clients and global brands.
• Background in presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience supervising the delivery of large-scale data and AI transformation initiatives.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar applications.
• Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management, and eCommerce solutions.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams in matrixed settings.
