Affiliate Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the AIRNEX affiliate programs across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and various affiliate networks.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to formulate a long-term strategy and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Initiate campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs aimed at boosting affiliate engagement and revenue.

• Identify, reach out to, and recruit potential affiliates and influencers.

• Negotiate and manage partnerships to enhance qualified leads and conversions.

• Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates and influencers through regular communication, ensuring responses within 24 hours.

• Generate weekly performance reports, analyze outcomes, and recommend enhancements.

• Manage the entire affiliate lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to conversions and revenue enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing e-commerce affiliate programs.

• Comprehensive understanding of CPA, CPL, revenue share, and other performance-driven models.

• Strong familiarity with the Amazon Affiliate Network, including Amazon Creator Connections and Amazon Associates.

• Knowledge of TikTok Shop and the TikTok Affiliate Program.

• Familiarity with affiliate networks like Commission Junction and CJ Affiliate.

• Analytical capabilities to sift through raw data, recognize trends and patterns, and produce actionable insights.

• Availability for full-time work without any conflicting freelance or external commitments.

• Near-native proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

• Exceptional work ethic and a professional demeanor.

• Experience in managing influencers on TikTok Shop.

• A passion for sustainability.

• Ability to work independently, improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), and spearhead process improvements.
