This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +3 more countries.
• Deliver high-quality training through instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats in alignment with the enterprise strategy.
• Create learning experiences that enhance technical capabilities and uphold Quality standards and culture.
• Mentor associates, leaders, and subject matter experts on Quality processes and standards.
• Assist with onboarding, upskilling, remediation, and capability development initiatives.
• Design, implement, and assess strategies for evaluating training effectiveness.
• Offer expert training and guidance on investigations, root cause analysis, problem-solving, documentation quality, risk-based decision-making, and the resolution of deviations and nonconformances.
• Emphasize investigation standards, escalation expectations, documentation requirements, and readiness for inspections.
• Collaborate with process owners, site Quality teams, Central Quality, Learning & Development, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain training governance, documentation, records, and readiness for audits and inspections.
• Recognize training gaps, performance risks, and capability requirements by utilizing data, stakeholder feedback, and observations.
• Enhance training content, delivery methods, and reinforcement strategies.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, and resources for capability building.
• Support CAPAs, effectiveness checks, and follow-up actions where training addresses quality or compliance issues.
• Lead Kaizen and structured problem-solving initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, engagement, quality, and integrity standards.
• Report to the Associate Director, BD Excellence Quality and GPO NC, RCA & PD.
• A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Sciences, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, biologics, or similar environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as FDA and ICH guidelines.
• Experience in delivering Quality or technical training in regulated environments, including instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
• Preferred experience in audit and inspection preparation, response readiness, or remediation efforts.
• Proven experience in coaching associates, SMEs, and leaders.
• Expertise in developing and supporting training effectiveness initiatives utilizing observations, feedback, metrics, and other verification techniques.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences, including senior leadership, in both in-person and virtual environments.
• Capability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in problem-solving, continuous improvement, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Ability to mentor individuals and teams.
• Capacity to provide constructive feedback effectively.
• Demonstrated credibility and professionalism in a regulated environment.
• Strong personal accountability and disciplined execution.
• Ability to influence without authority and build effective stakeholder partnerships.
• Demonstrated learning agility, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25–50% of the time.
