This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.
• Implement Acumatica’s daily engagement strategy with independent ERP selection consultants, IT advisory firms, and advisory practices within accounting firms.
• Act as the primary relationship steward and subject matter authority for a portfolio of technology advisory firms.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance relationships with boutique ERP selection firms, independent IT advisors, and CPA advisory practices.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethical guidelines and maintain a neutral, fee-free collaboration.
• Provide product briefings, bi-annual release updates, and detailed examinations of industry editions.
• Supply advisors with quick-reference guides, evaluation criteria maps, and competitive positioning resources.
• Facilitate transitions among selection advisors, internal sales teams, and VAR implementation partners during active deal cycles.
• Monitor and report on advisor-influenced pipeline, win/loss metrics, and deal flow.
• Collect feedback on client challenges, changes in evaluation criteria, and competitor strategies.
• Convey ecosystem insights to Product Management and Marketing to enhance market positioning.
• Assist in ensuring Acumatica is shortlisted and selected in mid-market software evaluations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise software alliances, partner management, pre-sales engineering, or as an active ERP selection consultant.
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise software solutions, ideally focusing on cloud-based ERP systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of independent ERP selection procedures, evaluation scorecards, RFP formats, and advisor neutrality limits.
• Capability to discuss cloud architecture, API integrations, and core functional workflows without immediate pre-sales engineering assistance.
• Outstanding executive presentation, networking, and influence abilities.
• Capability to build trust with C-suite advisory leaders, practice directors, and principal consultants.
• Strong self-starter skills and a data-driven approach to monitoring pipeline metrics, deal progression, and portfolio activity.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required, typically 10–20% of the time.
