This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactive expansion of our growth segment in battery products through continuous collaboration with our nationwide Crown branches, our dealers, and end customers in the DACH region.
• Technical product consultation for our customers as a presales consultant in close cooperation with the sales team during the acquisition and concept phase.
• Independent implementation of our products on-site, including practical training for optimal utilization of our battery solutions.
• Design, creation, and execution of sales-oriented training sessions for the internal sales team as well as for dealers and end customers.
• Ongoing support for existing customers, identification of optimization potentials, and implementation of targeted measures for long-term customer satisfaction.
• Coordination of technical customer inquiries in close collaboration with the service team.
• You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a technical field.
• You have already gained professional experience in a similar role.
• You possess technical understanding and have an interest in charging and battery systems.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and are characterized by a hands-on mentality.
