This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development of individual solutions that cannot be resolved at the 1st level.
• Providing assistance to service employees in troubleshooting Vestas wind turbines.
• Initiating measures for fault resolution.
• Responsible for handling customer inquiries.
• Further development of processes, such as technical work instructions and maintenance protocols.
• Optimization of defect recording forms for proposal and order creation.
• Completed education in electrical, mechanical, or technical fields.
• Several years of experience in troubleshooting Vestas wind turbines.
• Willingness to work at heights.
• Proficient in both German and English, spoken and written.
• Holder of a Class B or BE driving license.
• Strengths: reliability, self-responsibility, flexibility, and willingness to help.
• 30 days of vacation.
• Ability to work up to 4 weeks a year from abroad within the EU.
