Technische Trainer, Allplan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• If so, you are the perfect fit for us! We are looking for a trainer for ALLPLAN who brings enthusiasm, expertise, and a joy for practical knowledge transfer.

• In your role as a freelance trainer, the sustainable development of the participants' competencies will be your primary focus.

• You see yourself as both an inspirer and a learning facilitator in your lesson planning, embodying modern, practice-oriented learning (Learning 4.0).

• This includes: subject-specific tutoring from home via WBS LearnSpace 3D ®, utilizing various teaching methods for lesson design, and conducting competency growth assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, or a comparable qualification.

• At least three years of professional experience in this field.

• Proof of an ACP certification or a willingness to obtain one.

• Solid knowledge of Allplan (CAD software for architecture and civil engineering), particularly in: creating and editing 2D elements, text, dimensioning, and symbols.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and handling BIM standards and processes.

• Experience with advanced functions such as macros, SmartParts, renovation planning, civil engineering, and VisualScripting.

• Experience in structural building: planning and constructing buildings, stairs, foundations, and roof structures.

• Knowledge of BIM strategy and project management.

• Didactic skills.

• Methodical-didactic competence in delivering teaching content.

• Independent, structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility.

• A certification of pedagogical suitability (trainer qualification according to AEVO, Train-the-Trainer) is desirable.
