Technician – MWS Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Establish trust and build strong relationships with customers.

• Oversee preventative maintenance, providing both onsite and remote service and support.

• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively.

• Install components, carry out electrical work, plumbing, welding, and fabrication tasks.

• Transport and deliver equipment to client locations.

• Adjust feed additive dosages utilizing Micro Weigh System software.

• Conduct operational tests and manage FDA documentation for clients.

• Provide training to customer staff on equipment usage and inventory management.

• Inform customer management about new products and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, and fabrication.

• Familiarity with feed yard operations is advantageous.

• Experience using power tools and volt meters.

• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and follow technical instructions.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Must be able to read and comprehend English.

• Strong customer service skills and a sense of urgency are essential.

• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required.

• Must be able to secure a health card.
