Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PPM), respond to reactive callouts, and perform emergency repairs on commercial refrigeration systems, which include:

• Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical issues within refrigeration units.

• Carry out the installation and commissioning of new refrigeration equipment and systems.

• Ensure adherence to F-Gas regulations, health & safety guidelines, and organizational procedures.

• Keep precise service records, reports, and documentation through digital job management systems.

• Deliver outstanding customer service on-site, engaging with clients, store managers, and head office representatives to guarantee effective communication and timely updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• F-Gas certification (Category 1) – essential.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

• Understanding of CO₂ refrigeration systems (transcritical/subcritical).

• Valid full UK driving licence.

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration.

• Preferred experience with retail refrigeration systems.

• Familiarity with leading refrigeration brands (SCM, Hussmann, AHT, etc.).
