This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conducts research initiatives and provides pertinent content for a diverse range of stakeholders, including the CIO, CTO, and engineering teams within the IT organization.
• Simplifies complex topics into accessible language for various audiences and stakeholders.
• Develops strategic UX copy across multiple platforms that is engaging, clear, and concise.
• Partners with executive teams and IT groups to establish a framework and process for ongoing improvement and testing of new content.
• Adapts content for different audiences and uses.
• Executes quality control on content.
• Converts complex data into user-friendly text for print and digital publications, such as SharePoint, portals, websites, and podcasts.
• Chooses or suggests layouts, graphics, drawings, tables, exhibits, illustrations, charts, or storyboards to enhance or clarify publication objectives.
• Edits narrative and graphic materials to identify and rectify grammatical formatting and logical errors, as well as to pinpoint inconsistencies requiring author attention.
• Develops processes and materials to facilitate knowledge sharing based on how information flows from products or product line managers throughout the organization.

• Required experience with a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and scheduling tools.
• Required experience in collaborating with authors and team representatives to review documents, compile inputs and corrections, resolve conflicting comments, and produce final publishable documentation.
• Required experience in articulating scientific and technical concepts in simple language that the average reader can comprehend.
• Demonstrated capability to distill complex research into concise, engaging narratives.

• Proven ability to explain scientific and technical concepts in layman's terms that are challenging for the average reader to understand.
• A strong track record in creating, editing, or enhancing briefings and visual materials (charts, graphs, PowerPoint presentations, informational graphics).
• Advanced writing and editing capabilities.
• A solid understanding of the challenges involved in communicating through the various channels available today.
• Flexibility, creativity, ingenuity, diplomacy, and a readiness to learn and adapt.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, or other editing and GUI editing software.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or another engineering or technical discipline is required (8 years of additional relevant experience may replace educational requirements). 10+ years of experience is preferred.
